SHIPPING

Q: What's the price for shipping?

A: Your shipping prices depend on the product you're buying and will be calculated at checkout. Some items will come with free worldwide shipping. However, you will still be charged for shipping if purchase other items which do not come with free shipping. If your order is $75 or over, you won't pay anything for shipping!

Q: When will my order arrive?
Orders have fulfillment times and shipment times. Fulfillment timeline is 3-7 days, while shipment times vary depending on location. View shipping estimates here.

Q: Why didn't my shipment come in one package?

A: We ship your orders from various international warehouses. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: By using our tracking feature! You'll find "Track Your Order" under the "Support" section within the navigation bar on the left. You will also receive a tracking link via email or SMS when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us here.

Q: Can I edit my order?

A: We cannot guarantee that we can edit or change your order before it ships. We usually can edit orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If you need to edit a shipping address, billing address, product type, quantity, or color, please contact us as quickly as possible to potentially have these updated.

Q: When will my tracking information appear?

A: You will receive your tracking information with after 3-7 days after your purchase. 

Q: Why is my shipment status unchanged?

A: Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.

Q: How do I know I'm safe? 

A: Your payment is encrypted and secured via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.

A: You may return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the delivered date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed credit that may be used on our store. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs on the return or exchanged items unless the item is defective.

Q: What's the purpose of creating an account? 

A: At the moment, creating an account on our website serves no purpose and has no function. However, we will be adding plenty of features to it soon, including a way to earn some sweet discounts. Of course, there is no downside to creating an account now, and you'll already be a step ahead once the features are out!

Q: How do I claim a newsletter discount code? 

A: Your own unique discount code will be sent to your email address after you sign up to our newsletter. Please ensure to check "All Mail" or "Junk Mail" if you can't find it in your inbox.
