Returns may be mailed to our return shipping address. The return shipping address can be seen on the original shipping label from the order. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs on the return or exchanged items unless the item is defective.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will mark your order for review and issue a refund once we receive the original merchandise and confirm that it is unworn/unwashed/defective and in its original packaging. This may take 3-12 days after we receive your return. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not facilitate exchanges for sizes and colors, but we may offer for you to return your item in exchange for a credit to the store or a refund to the original payment method.
Items can only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The customer is responsible for associated shipping costs when returning an item unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
